Kind of panicking right now.
I’ve had pasta twice today. TWICE! And a serving of rice! I’m freaking out. I thought I could handle it, but I can’t. All of these carbs and calories leaking into me, making me bleed from the outside in. I wish I could throw it all up, but there’s too many people living in this house. I’m so full and feel so fat right now. I just want to crawl in a ball and sleep forever. I hate this stupid eating disorder!
